Non-Refundable / No-Return Policy – Furniture & Positioning Aids

All furniture and positioning aid sales are final and non-refundable.

Each piece is handcrafted and made to order specifically for you at the time your order is placed. We do not mass-produce or warehouse these items in advance. This made-to-order process ensures the highest level of quality, precision, and craftsmanship in every piece.

Due to the custom production process and the intimate nature of our product line, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.

This policy allows us to: 

  • Maintain the integrity and quality of every handcrafted piece 
  • Ensure each customer receives a newly made, unused item 
  • Uphold the hygiene and safety standards required for intimate wellness furniture 
  • Support the specialized manufacturing process involved in made-to-order production

By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 

Return Policy – All Items Excluding Furniture & Positioning Aids

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the items.

To start a return, you can contact us at 
romance.nikki@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
In the rare event your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at romance.nikki@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
